Most of the toppers say to prepare at home for the UPSC and do not come to Delhi. I am living with a joint family so whenever I study, someone passes through my room & causes a lot of noise. How can I study in these conditions without distractions?

Yes,I agree with you that most of the topper say to prepare at home for upsc cse rather than go to delhi.Thier answer must not be discuss in one line.they might have certain conditions for example some were doing job while preparation as a backup plan,some body may have not resources, somebody may not like rush type environment means they felt uncomfortable in crowded situation other view may be that there many online resources to overcome that factor.

on the country,in my view if you have sufficient resources then must go Delhi because actual class environment can not be created by looking video lectures.There are certain disadvantages of study through video lectures are,in most cases students get monotonic and they don't want to write anything,they solely depends upon teachers thought,they would get not time to expand thier own ideas on other case if see it's advantage that it saves lots of time,we can understand things by rebind the video without any hesitation.

Now,let's come to third point which asked in last section how to manage in home.The ideas may be as follows -first tell your family about the importance of exam what the exam needs from me,convince them,tell them that if I will qualify the exam,how will they feel proud.lets try initiative thier dream. then at last come to your point that I need a peaceful environment for proper study.from myside try to study late night,you may get more peaceful atmosphere.I hope after this your work will be easier.
