Once upon a time in a small village, there lived a poor Brahmin named Raja. He was known for his kind heart and gentle nature. One day, Raja embarked on a journey through the dense forests surrounding the village. He was in search of work and hoped to find some opportunity in a nearby town.


As Raja walked through the forest, he stumbled upon a trap. To his astonishment, a fierce tiger was caught in the snare. The tiger looked at Raja with pleading eyes and begged, "Kind Brahmin, please release me from this trap. I promise I won't harm you."


Moved by the tiger's pitiful condition, Raja decided to free him. With great caution, he opened the trap, allowing the tiger to escape. However, as soon as the tiger was free, he pounced on Raja, knocking him down to the ground.


Panicking, Raja pleaded for his life, "Oh mighty tiger, have mercy upon me. I just saved your life, and this is how you repay me? You are ungrateful!"


The tiger, feeling guilty, agreed to let Raja appeal to three things against him, hoping that Raja would find something to save his life. The Brahmin nodded and started
